Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Countries: United States only (continental US).
Not shipped to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, minor US islands, and all US military bases.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days within the continental US.
Delivery may be extended due to customs inspection, holidays, or flight delays.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a handling fee.
Custom or personalized products are not offered and are not eligible for returns.

Delivery Terms

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Change of Delivery Address: Requests can be made before the order is dispatched.
Unsuccessful Delivery:
Customers are liable for all return/re-delivery fees and any storage charges incurred at the carrier’s facility.
Causes may include: wrong contact info, unsafe delivery conditions, customer-initiated address changes, or refusal by a third party.

Shipping Protection (Optional)

Optional shipping protection is available for $14.99 per order, providing faster resolution for loss or damage during transit.
Coverage includes: loss or damage during transit.
Exclusions: incorrect address, delivery delays outside our control, goods left unsecured at customer request.
Claims under shipping protection are processed within 2 business days.
