Welcome to UDXGDMCK. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. All terms are designed to comply with U.S. law and protect both you and UDXGDMCK.

Definitions

Customer: Any person purchasing goods from UDXGDMCK. If multiple people are listed, each is jointly responsible.

Company: Refers to UDXGDMCK, operating from udxgdmck.store.

Goods: All products or services supplied by UDXGDMCK at the Customer’s request.

Delivery: The process of transporting Goods from UDXGDMCK to the Customer.

Installation Specifications: Instructions provided for proper setup and use of the Goods.

Payment

UDXGDMCK accepts PayPal as the sole payment method. Full payment is required before delivery.

PayPal Payment Process:

  1. Select PayPal at checkout.

  2. You will be redirected to PayPal to log in, review, and confirm your payment.

  3. Once payment is confirmed, you will return to UDXGDMCK to see your order confirmation.

All payments are secured with PayPal’s encryption. UDXGDMCK does not store credit card or PayPal credentials.

Delivery

Delivery cost is included in the product price.

Customers must accept delivery at the agreed time or arrange for collection. If delivery fails due to unavailability, a 30% restocking fee may apply.

We deliver to the curb only and do not provide unpacking, placement, or movement of goods within your property.

Goods are securely packaged. Disposal of packaging is the customer’s responsibility.

If customers use their own transport, UDXGDMCK is not liable for damage during transit.

Delivery is considered complete when Goods are received at the designated address, even if the Customer is not present.

Returns and Defects

Inspect Goods on delivery and notify UDXGDMCK within 24 hours of any visible defects, damages, or shortages.

Failure to notify within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of the Goods.

UDXGDMCK does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase.

Refunds are only provided for major faults or defects.

Customers are responsible for installation and use according to the Installation Specifications. Any modifications or misuse void warranties.

Installation Specifications

Remove all plastic wrapping immediately upon delivery.

Ensure proper drainage using pre-drilled holes and fibreglass flyscreen.

Use high-quality potting soil and elevate the Goods to allow water drainage.

Improper installation may damage the Goods; UDXGDMCK is not liable for such issues.

Natural Variations

Goods are handmade and may show variations in color, texture, markings, and size.

Exposure to weather, impact, or incorrect installation may result in marks or minor cracks. These are considered normal and not defects.

Promotions

Promotions, free gifts, and discount codes are limited to one per customer/address unless otherwise stated.

UDXGDMCK may modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

Returns on promotional orders will be adjusted based on the applied discount.

Unsuccessful Delivery

Customers are responsible for all return, re-delivery, and storage fees if delivery fails due to:

  • Unreachable contact info

  • Unsafe delivery conditions

  • Address changes after dispatch

  • Refusal by a third party

Daily storage fees may apply until the order is successfully delivered.

SMS Marketing

By opting in at checkout, you consent to receive SMS notifications for order updates, abandoned cart reminders, and marketing messages. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Customer Responsibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have parental consent to use this website.

All information provided must be accurate. Fraudulent or unauthorized activity may result in order cancellation.

Changes to Terms

UDXGDMCK may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
